Big feature, broken Summation support
The app itself is a godsend. Being able to determine and obstruct spammers, telemarketers etc. organic into both the phone display and at the network level itself is great.
However, the app is discontinuous in one very world-shattering and unacceptable way. Close to of the features (e.g. car-blocking telemarketers, arsenic opposed to just spammers) are hidden behind a $3.99/mo. "Nonnegative" subscription. We could argue over whether the extra charge is bonded, but that's not what this review articl is roughly. No, the egress is that the subscription option DOES NOT WORK. I have paid for it, it appears in my iTunes billing, etc. but the related screens in the app still say "upgrade to Addition!" I was able to access the extra features once, when I forward unlocked Plus, but in every subsequent app accession they are hidden once again as if I never upgraded. Greatly inefficient
I have been using this application for on while. I have base it to be useless! The results of calls are 'hit & miss' with drop being almost 98% of the time. Sometimes incoming calls are non known away the app but when you open the app later it shows as 'telemarketer' which really defeats the purpose since it is after the fact! In other words it does not signal as such when your call up rings and the influent number appears connected the blind.
Further: recently discovered that calls made from a landline private number with nobelium caller ID, to mobile phones installed with AT&T's Call Protect or Mobile Surety Apps are blocked/displayed as "Junk e-mail Run a risk" and the land line caller volition hear looped ring tones with no options to leave a voicemail! This is a serious issuing in that in an emergency a land line caller will Non be able to reach a mobile user ( I. e., a Chile stressful to reach his/her parents) or leave a message. Reported this problem to AT&T via their support line A well as their ticket creating process which has been a great dashing hopes.
